I knifed this guy last night and got this Dogtag off him. It looked really cool but I couldn't wear it. Googled it and found out if you watch this tralier you get the dogtags.

So the tralier looks good then it took me to this screen to claim my Dogtag

I got this message when I logged in.

Nah its logging into your Battlefield 3 account so I don't think its based off IP. Someone said you'd need a US or Canadian account. I read a few forums on it.
