Forum restructure

Some of you may have noticed a reduction in the number of forums we have. This has been done to make the site easy to use and find topics etc. Originally this site was designed to to be much larger with a large number of RO2 players required to player competitive games and such. However that didn't happen. So the forums have been condensed and topics moved to other forums so no actual posts should have been lost. But your have to find them in other forums. But if anything goes wrong it was ordeaLs fault as he suggested it.
